Team 3DMJ's Weight Lifting Coaching Program  

If you are a bodybuilder, raw powerlifter, strength athlete, or a serious weight lifter who doesn’t need assistance with nutrition but wants to maximize your training, Team 3DMJ is here to help. Coach Eric Helms is a Certified Personal Trainer and Performance Enhancement Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He is an INBF Champion bodybuilder and a Champion “Raw” Powerlifter and has held multiple national certifications during the years he’s spent as a personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach and bodybuilding and powerlifting coach. He is studying to complete his Master’s Degree in Exercise science and his expertise in writing routines for strength athletes and bodybuilders is what makes him a valuable part of Team 3DMJ.

If you want to enter the gym knowing your hard work is paying off, Team 3DMJ’s Weightlifting Programming is the perfect choice. When working with the team, you will receive a program specified to your needs and goals that evolves as you progress.

Our Package Includes: 

  • The initial application form which is designed to attain the necessary information regarding your current training. It is essential you give as much detail as possible to aid us in creating an efficient customized program.
  • An initial phone call and consultation from TEAM 3DMJ, during which we will go over our services and our expectations. *Note: Due to time zone variances applicants outside the US will be contacted via email.
  • An evolving customized weight training plan devised to meet your individual needs and goals which will include: a periodization plan, your workout schedule, exercise selection, intensity, volume, frequency, deloading, and peaking (for competitive lifters).
