Whether you want to pack on muscle in the most efficient way, maintain your muscle while getting leaner or if you're a competitive bodybuilder or powerlifter, Team 3DMJ is here to assist you.

While contest preparation unveils your hard earned physique, or leads to the big personal bests on the platform, the muscularity and strength that you uncover is built in the offseason. Conditioning, presentation, and peaking only get you so far if you don’t have the muscularity to match and no peaking program is going to make you a champion without a foundation of strength. In the end, the old saying holds true "if you fail to plan, you plan to fail".

The coaches of Team 3DMJ have educational backgrounds in nutrition and training and are extremely experienced when it comes to building muscle mass and strength. You can be assured you are maximizing your offseason when you hire Team 3DMJ because you will have access to scientifically backed methodologies and the experience and methods that have earned 8 pro cards and multiple powerlifting titles and records.

   

A serious athlete begins preparing for a contest far in advance before the actual day of the event. Hiring Team 3DMJ in the offseason before the competitive season begins allows us to determine your individual nutritional profile, optimal training needs and gives us experience working with your metabolism and recovery abilities. This will put you in the best position for the contest season because we will already know what strategy is optimal for you when it comes time to compete.

Our Package Includes:

  • The initial application form which is designed to attain the necessary information regarding your current training, diet, cardio and supplementation programs. It is essential you give as much detail as possible to aid us in creating an efficient customized program.
  • An initial phone call and consultation from Team 3DMJ, during which we will go over our services and our expectations. *Note: Due to time zone variances applicants outside the US will be contacted via email.
  • An evolving customized nutrition plan devised to meet your individual requirements, including such variables as: overall calories, macronutrients, meal timing, etc.
  • A custom weight training program that will adjust to your goals and is based on your results.
  • An individualized offseason cardio plan, if needed, in order to augment your training, keep you healthy and to stay in proper offseason condition. 
  • Science-based supplement recommendations to support health and support muscle growth.
  • A weekly scheduled phone call (optional) and unlimited emails to ensure you stay on point.
