June 5, 2010 - INBF Northern California Classics

WNBF Pro Roy Perry is hosting the INBF Northern California Classics on June 5th 2010 at the Crest Theater in Sacramento California. It is a pro qualifier for the WNBF. Support natural bodybuilding and come out and watch the athletes battle it out! The 3DMJ coaches will be in attendance cheering on all the competitors, but also a few of our clients will be competing!

June 12, 2010 - NGA Natural Mr./Ms. California Extravaganza - Folsom, Ca. 10 A.M. - 9 P.M.

Support natural bodybuilding and come out and watch the athletes battle it out! Last year 3DMJ Coach Jeff Alberts won the overall, and 3DMJ Coach Eric Helms took second place in the light heavyweights and won the best posing award! Find out who the champions will be this year!
