The Natural Movement Promoting 100% Natural Athletes December 2010
Cohn Wolfe, 28, Scottsdale, Arizona 3DMuscleJourney would like to congratulate Cohn Wolfe for his dedication as a natural athlete, and for sharing his story and advice!
3DMJ: How long have you been training? Cohn Wolfe: I started training in high school to get bigger and stronger for football. I didn't get serious about bodybuilding until I was around 24 years old. So with being 28 now, I've had around 4 years of solid training. 3DMJ: What are your accomplishments as a natural athlete?
Cohn Wolfe: Well I've only done one show and I placed 2nd in the Novice tall class and 3rd in the Open tall class.
3DMJ: What are your future goals and contests?
Cohn Wolfe: My future goal is to get my Natural Pro card. It would be a dream come true to become a Professional Natural bodybuilder. As far as future contests, I'm looking at the 2011 Washington State Natural as my next show.
3DMJ: Tell us why you have decided to train naturally.
Cohn Wolfe: The idea of sacrificing my health to get more muscle, is not for me personally. While I respect all bodybuilders, I choose to practice the sport to better my health and well being. That, and also because it's rewarding to know that all of my gains are 100% natural and a result of all the hard work I've put in the gym.
3DMJ: Is there any information or advice you would like to share with other natural athletes?
Cohn Wolfe: Yes, and that is to be patient. Everyone wants a great physique "now". Most people don't realize it takes many, many years to build a great physique. Second would be consistency. Stay consistent week to week, month to month, year after year. Do this, and that great physique you're after will be attainable.
3DMuscleJourney would like to thank Cohn for sharing his story and congratulate him for all his hard work! If you'd like to contact Cohn email him at wolfecohn@yahoo.com |
