PAUL WALLER, 33, Barnsley, UK, has been training for 20 years and has done well in the following competitions:

• Sci-Mentor/Sport SPN Classic 2008, First-Timers: 2nd place
• Natural Physique Association Yorkshire 2008, Novice: 2nd place
• Natural Physique Association, British Final, Novice: 5th place

Paul describes why he decided to train naturally, "I have decided to train natural because I don't believe in an easy way to achieve goals." Paul's passion is to win a major British title. His encouraging words for other natural athletes, "Please be natural and support natural bodybuilding."
