JEFF MEHL, 41, Verndale, Minnesota, USA, has been lifting weights since he was 15 years of age, but he has only been bodybuilding for the last year. With only one year in bodybuilding, Jeff is off to a great start in natural bodybuilding displaying a shredded physique. Jeff has competed at two of the natural shows in his home state of Minnesota. Most recently he placed 1st in the Novice, 1st in the Submasters, and 2nd in the Open Medium. Jeff won the Novice Overall at the NANBF Northern States Natural Classic. Also, last May he competed in the NANBF Mr./Ms. Natural Minnesota where he placed 2nd in the Submasters and 2nd in the Novice. Jeff's reason for training natural, "I really enjoy seeing the natural changes in my body that my hard training and discipline with diet bring about." Jeff's goal is to improve daily and become a professional. Jeff will be competing in the 2010 Mr./Ms. Natural Minnesota in May, where he will be making his first attempt at earning a Master's Pro Card. "Natural bodybuilding has opened many doors for me.
