Its been two weeks since my last blog. I have been extremely busy with home projects and other things I have been doing. My training is going good. I am down to 172.5 lbs. I have come to the realization I can't train as heavy as I was. I now train with a little slower rep speed and I try to focus on muscular contractions. I still train hard but not with as heavy weight. My diet is also going really well. I eat an average of 180-195 grams protein, 280 grams carbs, and 20-25 grams fat per day. Cardio is also going well. I am doing 30-45 minutes per day while taking a day off occasionally. I feel everything is going as planned and I am getting more excited about competing in July. Win or lose it does not matter because I feel I will be at my all time best and that is a victory for me. I have been out of shape for about 2 years and just getting back in shape feels great. I will just keep moving forward one day at a time and by July 18 I know I will be at my all time leanest. I will keep things the same for the next week coming up and I will also keep things as basic as possible. Here are some comparison photos this week.
