I am now officially in my off season! I started back training last week and I am so sore it is not funny! I am glad to be back in the gym and I really want to make improvements for my next years big pro debut! I had a hard training session yesterday and I trained my lower body with leg extensions, stiff legged dead lifts, toe press and decline sit ups. I did two sets for each exercise and kept my rep range between 10-12 to brake myself in.

Leg Extensions with 4 plates, not bad for my first time in a month!

Focusing on some serious calf training!

Racking the weight after a hard set of Smith Machine Toe Presses.

Next week I will start to really push myself hard and drop my reps in the 4-6 rep range to increase my strength. I began eating clean again and I am feeling better now. I was eating all kinds of crap up until this week like pizza, candy, ice cream, doritos, etc. I finally got it out of my system and I am over it. Although I will eat some junk on the weekends to keep myself sane. My battery went dead on my scale so I do not know what the damage is but if I had to guess I must have gained 20 lbs. I just have to watch it now and stay on point!

I have also been extremely busy working on this website. I have been focusing in on other athletes and trying to promote the sport I have come to love, natural bodybuilding. I went down to Powerhouse gym in Rancho Cordova, Ca last weekend and did a photo shoot with INBF competitor Eric Helms & WNBF Pro Brad Loomis. Eric is competing on the 26th in Sacramento to try to attain his pro card. I also took some shots of WNBF Pro Brad Loomis as he was training with one of his legendary intense training sessions. Brad is also competing on the 26th in his pro debut.  You can see the articles and photos on theses links

It has been a  very busy week with work, training and working on the site but I am enjoying myself. I am currently in the works for a few more athlete features so stay tuned for those in the future. Until then keep training hard and naturally!
