Hello everyone! Welcome to my 3DMUSCLEJOURNEY! As many of you know I started this website back in January 2009 to log my training leading to the 2009 INBF Capital City Natural Championships. Since then the site has seen some incredible changes, including the formation of TEAM 3DMJ, featured athletes, great articles, Q and A section, sponsored athletes, videos, and much more! I am so proud of all the awesome transformations to the site and it could not have been possible without the help from all my teammates, family and friends! You all know who you are! Thank you! I am currently in my deep off season, but I will continue to track workouts and my personal updates as much as possible. Thank you for following! Keep training hard and naturally!

One more week to the Washington State Natural! This week I have made tremendous progress towards this show. After the Capital City on July 18th I ate too much and gained 13lbs and I did not know if I had enough time to recover. However after pushing really hard for the last week and a half I have already improved my conditioning from the Capital City. I currently weighed in at 161 lbs on my scale. The Capital City was a big success for me. I accomplished my goal of showing up in my best ever condition! The three previous times I entered that show I was never in my best shape and it has bothered me that I never competed there at my best. I have vindicated myself with a great showing and placing first in the lightweight class.
