I have finished my journey for the 2009 contest season. Last December I made my mind up to come out of retirement and give it one more shot. The last time I stepped on a bodybuilding stage was in October of 2006. After that last outing I was sure I was done with competing. NPC PACIFIC USA NATURALS

I am going to Anaheim this Saturday to compete in the Pacific USA Naturals. My goal is to help promote this website down south. I just want to have some fun and meet new people. I do not have any expectations to win. I am using this experience also to try somethings new for peak week. I will update the show when I get back!

2 Days out! Washington State Naturals

2 days away! This morning I weighed in on my scale at 160 lbs. With 2 days to go I am focusing in on being at my best. I have finished all of my training on Tuesday evening. I hit chest and arms with a hard workout and then finished up with 60 minutes of cardio on my recumbent stationary bike. Now Wednesday through Saturday it is just a matter of analyzing my physique and making sure I eat the right amount and take in the right amount of water. 1 week to go! (Washington State Natural)
One more week to the Washington State Natural! This week I have made tremendous progress towards this show. After the Capital City on July 18th I ate too much and gained 13lbs and I did not know if I had enough time to recover. However after pushing really hard for the last week and a half I have already improved my conditioning from the Capital City. I currently weighed in at 161 lbs on my scale. This is two pounds heavier than the last show but for some reason I am leaner at a heavier weigh...
