In the middle of week #18 and I'm really enjoying the process. Still making very slow progress just as planned.

Goal Date – Whenever - Goal Weight – 160lbs
Current – 04/07/11 – 182.2lbs

*Note – After jumping back up to 184.4 in recent days my weight has come back down.

Today’s Nutrition

Cardio
Wenesday – Off

Today - 45 minutes on the Treadmill (5 minute walk to warm up followed by intervals of 1 minute jogs and 1 minute walks until I reached the 20 minute mark and then finished with a 25 minute walk.) 


Wednesday’s Weight Training – Lower Body 2
          

WTH! 
Today I was actually prepared to do 25 minutes on the treadmill, but once I hit the 25 minute mark I just told myself, “What the heck!” and I kept right on going. I was feeling a good rythym and the sweat was just pouring out, so it was great to let out a little more energy. I will do the same with my weight training from time to time where I do something spontaneous if I’m in a groove. Once in a while I like to be adventurous and get outside of my comfort zone with my training. Looking forward to what might be in store for tomorrow's upper body workout.
